I want to buy some ManageTrainLearn products. How do I go about it?

It's very easy to buy ManageTrainLearn products and totally secure. First, collect your items from our product pages by clicking on the relevant Add to Basket buttons. When you have collected all your items, click Go To Checkout from your Shopping Basket page. On the Checkout page, make sure your items are correct, check our Terms and Conditions box and click Proceed to Secure Payment.

How do I pay for ManageTrainLearn products if I have a Paypal account?

If you have a Paypal account, it takes only 2 steps to complete your ManageTrainLearn purchase from the Proceed to Secure Payment button. Step 1: on the first page of the ManageTrainLearn purchase sequence, log in to Paypal with the email address and password you use to log in to Paypal. If you've forgotten them, you can get them sent from this page. When you've entered them, click on Log In and you'll go to... Step 2: where you can review your payment. Check your items, prices, and discounts and, if everything's OK, click Pay Now. Your order is complete.

How do I pay for ManageTrainLearn products if I don't have a Paypal account?

It's just as quick, easy and secure to buy ManageTrainLearn products without a Paypal account as it is if you have one. On the first page of the ManageTrainLearn purchase sequence, instead of logging in to Paypal, go to the Don't Have a Paypal Account? section and click Continue. This will take you to a Pay With Credit Card page where you can fill in your billing information. When you have filled in all the details, click Review Order and Continue. This will take you to a Review Your Payment page where you can check your purchase items. If everything's OK, click Pay Now. Your order is complete.

Is it better to have a paypal account or not?

No difference really in terms of purchasing ManageTrainLearn products. However, if you have a Paypal account, you don't have to give your billing details (credit or debit card and address). Paypal will use the details on your Paypal account.

What if I change my mind during the payment process?

That's perfectly OK. You can cancel and return to the ManageTrainLearn website right up to (and including) the Pay Now page. Your order will be deleted and you will not be charged anything.

Do I get a receipt after paying for my ManageTrainLearn products?

Yes, you do. You can get a printed receipt on the last page of the payment process by clicking a Printed Receipt button. You will also get an email receipt for your purchase from Paypal which will be sent to your email address along with an Order Confirmation email from ManageTrainLearn. These 2 emails are proof of your purchases. We use the email address you gave us in your MTL account.

How do I get my ManageTrainLearn products?

There are 2 ways to access your ManageTrainLearn products: (a). via links in your Order Confirmation email from ManageTrainLearn, and (b) via links in your Order History page which records all the MTL purchases you've made. You can reach this page by logging in to ManageTrainLearn with your account details (email and password), clicking the Edit Account button and then the View Your Order History button at the bottom of this page. All ManageTrainLearn products have download limits and expiry dates. If you have bought a downloadable product, you can download it again from your Order History page up to the download limit and the expiry date. If you have bought a subscription, you will be able to access your items up until the subscription expiry date.

What if I accidentally go past my download time limits or download number limits and still haven't got my products?

Not a big problem, we know it can happen. Simply contact us from our Contact Us page and we'll re-activate your limits so that you can try your downloads again.

I've purchased some ManageTrainLearn products. Can I share them with my colleagues?

Within reasonable limits. Just as you might share a published book, you might want to share information in a ManageTrainLearn ebook with your colleagues. Also, some of the material that you have purchased might be used in training courses, eg MTL 1daycourseplans and MTL E-Manuals, where the licence allows you to use the material for legitimate training purposes. However, for obvious reasons, you may not re-work, re-print or re-sell any ManageTrainLearn products as your own.

Why do I have to log in again to access my MTL E-courses?

To protect you. Because MTL E-courses are accessed from web pages on our site, it might be possible for people who are not registered or subscribed to access the courses. By asking you for your login details again, we ensure that only genuine MTL account holders and identified subscribers have access to their courses.
