New Newsletter: "The Point is to Labour"

pointistolabour_175 When we run management training courses at ManageTrainLearn, we always devote a full morning or afternoon session to what we call, "Mission, Vision, and Values". After discussing the meaning of these terms, we often run exercises in which our leadership trainees have to create personal and organisational mission statements and set personal and organisational visions. We then get them to rank their personal and organisational values, a task that many would-be leaders sometimes find hard to do.
