Management Gurus: Ken Blanchard
Ken Blanchard is one of the most widely-recognised management writers in the world, thanks largely to his groundbreaking book, "The One Minute Manager". This book was one of the first to popularise the art of management. Until its publication in 1982, few people other than students, academics and other management gurus bothered to read management books. Its simple approach, accessible style, and focus on practical management skills changed all that and assured Ken Blanchard his place in management history.
