An Overview of "Brainstorming"

"Brainstorming" gives groups experience of using a variety of 5 different brainstorming techniques, including Sparking, Paradoxical Intentional and Wording. Following closely on Alex Osborn's original techniques, this training team exercise is not only a good teambuilder, it also produces creative solutions to ongoing group or business problems.

Aims of this Teambuilder

The 3 aims of "Brainstorming" are:
To give teams practice of the brainstorming process
To improve creative ideas in the group
To help the problem-solving process by thinking of more ideas

How to Use this Teambuilder

Like all the training team exercises in this series, "Brainstorming" provides you with a comprehensive guide to using this exercise on any teambuilding event.
