Teambuilders: 25. Model Building

"Model Building" is an excellent game to highlight a team's communication skills. Two teams are set the task of re-creating a Lego design built in another room but with only one person at a time able to view the design and instruct their designer in how to build it. Often frustrating but always telling, this game brings home the need for accurate, precise, and clear communication.
